Ganhador do pr\u00eamio <em>P\u00e9ter Mur\u00e1nyi<\/em> de 2016 \u2014 pesquisando sobre bases moleculares de transforma\u00e7\u00f5es <em>p\u00f3s-colheita<\/em> e qualidade de frutas \u2014, \u00e9 membro da <em>Academy of Food Science and Technology<\/em> (IAFOST). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:25px\"><br>Lajolo, junto com outros 23 pesquisadores latino-americanos que s\u00e3o ou foram membros da IAFOST \u2014 por sua vez, da <em>International Union of Food Science and Technology<\/em> (IUFOST) \u2014, foi reconhecido no Boletim Cient\u00edfico da ALACCTA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:25px\"><br>A IUFOST \u00e9 uma organiza\u00e7\u00e3o cient\u00edfica global e porta-voz da Ci\u00eancia e Tecnologia de Comest\u00edveis que representa mais de 200.000 cientistas e tecn\u00f3logos de alimentos de mais de 38 pa\u00edses. A miss\u00e3o da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9: promover a coopera\u00e7\u00e3o internacional e o interc\u00e2mbio de informa\u00e7\u00f5es; fornecer educa\u00e7\u00e3o e treinamento para cientistas e tecn\u00f3logos de alimentos em todo o mundo e promover a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o profissional entre os cientistas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-2 is-cropped
